CEU class only: $20 members, $30 non-members.  (Non-member CAMs who pay for and attend the breakfast can take the class for $20.)
Anyone may take this class (if space available), however, only licensed CAMs will receive 2 hours of Continuing Education credit).

You must pre-register for this event or seating cannot be guaranteed.  Check-in upon arrival is required at the registration table.  Registration deadline is NOON MONDAY, September 1, 2008, which is Labor Day.   (There will be a $5 fee for late registration and full-charge for no-shows.) 

(Note: Chapter Sponsors will be invoiced only if they exceed their monthly allowance.  "First time" non-members can be included in their monthly allotment at no charge if pre-registered.

CAI West Florida Chapter

Breakfast Policy

Effective June 4, 2008

 

Because of our growth and the increased attendance at our breakfast meetings, we have had to implement the following policies effective immediately:

 

Please read this information carefully.  Your cooperation is appreciated.  These changes should help streamline our registration and check-in procedures as we try to process over 250 people in about 30 minutes.  

 

Registration:

·         Pre-registration is a must.    A $5 late fee will apply if you do not pre-register by NOON THE MONDAY BEFORE.

·         Please notify us if you cannot attend or you will be charged the full amount.

·         All attendees must check-in at the registration tables upon arrival. 

·         One registration table will be for Chapter Sponsors.  One registration table will be for all others.

 

Payment:

·         Please pay at the door – cash or check only. 

·         Member rate is $10.  Non-member rate is $15.  Late registration fee is $5 (deadline is noon the Monday before).

·         ALL non-members must pay the $15 non-member rate, and must be sponsored by a CAI member.

·         Chapter Sponsors may include a non-member in their monthly breakfast allotment AS LONG AS THEY ARE PRE-REGISTERED.  If not pre-registered, they must pay the $15 at the door.

 

Non-member attendance:

·         Non-members may attend up to two meetings while considering membership in CAI.

·         Non-members must complete an information sheet at the registration table.  (This will be available for download online if you want to complete it prior to the breakfast meeting.)

 

 

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.  We hope these changes will help the check-in and registration process work more efficiently.
