2008 Florida Legislative Session Information: For legislative histories and summaries of bills, go to Florida Sunshine Online at www.leg.state.fl.us and click on www.myfloridahouse.gov or www.flsenate.gov or go to www.myflorida.com and follow the links to the Legislature. Both the Florida House and Senate websites have sidebars that allow you to search for bills by bill number or word search. TIPS:  (1) all even-numbered bills are Senate bills and all odd-numbered bills are House bills; and (2) “ER” after a bill means “enrolled” which means the bill passed both the House and Senate and has been or will be sent to the Governor.
